Caleb is the owner and principal agent of the Douce Agency, LLC. He has been involved with insurance and financial services since 2008 when he graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University. His experience and expertise are vast, not only in personal insurance needs, but also farm, crop, commercial services, life and financial policies and long-term care planning. Caleb has a farming background having grown up on a 350-acre farm. He has helped manage all aspects of farm operations from raising corn, soybeans and wheat to raising and showing sheep.
Aaron Wilson
Atmospheric Research Scientist @Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center
Aaron Wilson is an Atmospheric Research Scientist with the Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center and Climate Specialist with OSU Extension, the outreach and engagement arm of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences at The Ohio State University. Aaron is also with the State Climate Office of Ohio and Chapter Lead of the Midwest Chapter of the Fifth National Climate Assessment. Aaron’s research focuses climate variability, climate change, and applied climatology, particularly where they intersect with agriculture. Through his work with Extension, he frequently engages the agricultural community on weather and climate topics including building resilience to and mitigating climate change.
